How do I pay for classes?
​Parents/guardians will create a profile in our Parent Portal. Payments preferred are CC/Debit/ACH, we do accept cash & checks as well.

When are the sessions?
Starting September 2024, CVG is moving to month-month enrollment. That means no more needing to remember when a session starts or ends.
What should my child wear for class?
Leotards are the preferred attire. A tight fitting t-shirt (that can be tucked in) and shorts are acceptable. Long hair must be tied back in a neat pony tail. Sports bras or clothing that exposes the midriff is not permitted.
What should my child not wear?​
No jewelry- No rings, necklaces, bracelets, or activity trackers.
*Stud type earrings and medical bracelets are acceptable.
What is your make up policy?

When is the best time to sign up?
You can sign up at anytime. Rates will be prorated for the number of classes attended in the month.
Can parents watch?
Absolutely, we have a small parent viewing area.
Parents of toddlers and preschool gymnasts are encouraged to stay to help with bathroom breaks.
While parents are welcome to watch it is not required and it is encouraged for you to check out our neighbors next door at Crazy Rooster Brewing!
What is your ratio of children to coaches?
Tots/Preschool- 6:1 ratio.
Beginner/Adv. Beginner/Intermediate/Tumbling- 8:1 ratio.
Do you offer trial classes?
We can not offer trial classes due to insurance reasons. However you are welcome to stop by the gym and watch classes before signing up!
Do you offer birthday parties?
We understand that things happen and sometimes your gymnast will miss class. Unfortunately due to our strict ratios we can not allow make up classes. However, we do offer special events throughout the year you are welcome to attend to make up for the missed gym time!
